Cabinet Henderson was created in 1996 by Steven Henderson as a tax advisory firm, and had developed an English-speaking practice for private individuals, including residents living all over France and non-residents owning property in France.
Olivier Mazeau, a French chartered accountant of the firm Cabinet Mazeau, founded in 1991, had developed an English-speaking practice to assist vineyard owners in the Bordeaux region, as well as a wide variety of small businesses in south-western France (such as builders, pubs, professionals, etc…) and representatives in France of foreign companies.
In 1998 Cabinet Henderson merged with Cabinet Mazeau to create the firm Cabinet Henderson-Mazeau, thus combining their respective expertise.
Because of the increasing complexity of commercial life and the laws that govern it, in order to diversify from its traditional tax and accounting activities and address a broader range of audit, tax and social security issues, Cabinet Henderson-Mazeau merged with CF Compagnie Fiduciaire in 2008 and became CF Henderson.
